Our support boundary includes all issues that can be resolved remotely on most commonly available software and hardware. Any issues that can not be fixed remotely and will require on-site assistance will be escalated unless add on unlimited on-site support plan option is purchased. Please contact us to detemine if an on-site support plan is available in your geographic area.
