We assign a project manager for each account who will be a point person with you on all issues relating to support.  He will work with you in gathering appropriate information at the launch of the support or address any need specialized needs of the business.

Project manager’s goals are: to anticipate your needs, to understand your challenges and to resolve your issues.   He will listen to your concerns, gets answers to your questions and comes to understand what it takes to become your advocate at Katalyst.
